Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of removing and replacing a culvert on Sullivan Road with a structural plate arch and precast footings. This project will utilize open trench techniques for removal and installation, and revegetation. A road closure will be allowed for the project. The Contractor is responsible to manage the project to minimize and mitigate impacts to the project, including authorized changes, which may adversely affect cost, schedule, quality, on-going operations of owner or the environment. Contractor shall maintain continuous and adequate protection of all of the Work from damage, and shall protect the County's Authorized Representative, County's workers and property from injury or loss arising in connection with this Contract. Contractor shall remedy acceptably to the County, any damage, injury, or loss, except such as may be directly due to errors in the Contract Documents or caused by authorized representatives or personnel of the County. Contractor shall adequately protect adjacent property as provided by law and the Contract Documents.
