Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) is looking to replace its current Records Management System. PCSO is seeking proposals from entities who are interested and qualified to perform the design, implementation, and support of a Public Safety Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management Systems (JMS), and Field Reporting System (together hereinafter referred to as “System”). Through the procurement of a new System, the Sheriff’s Office seeks to modernize its current records management capabilities, integrate disconnected systems, and improve its ability to share data, increase end-user efficiency, and form a beneficial long-term partnership with a systems provider. The proposal must include all components of the system (Cloud-Based RMS/JMS, Field Reporting, and associated interfaces). It is expected that the selected entity will provide the implementation, training, maintenance, cloud hosting, and other services described in this RFP.
