Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Calumet, Wisconsin, a tax exempt municipal corporation under Wisconsin Statue 77.54(9a), will receive sealed bids for the construction of a 28’ x 38’ bathhouse. The Parks Department is responsible for removing all trees and refuse, erosion control, finish grading, epoxy flooring, bathroom partitions, coin operated shower meters. The Parks Department is responsible for all permitting for the project. Unless noted on the plan all of the interior finish walls are 5/8’ plaster board with two coat veneer plaster finish. Exterior wall will have batt R-19 insulation and seams taped. Attic will have R-30 blow in fiberglass insulation. All exterior plumbing (septic and waterlines) and incoming electrical power will be the responsibility of Calumet County.
