Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Building A (Renovated Admin Area and Art Room) Single story; 11,500 sf; new ICF walls Art Room; repurposed old gym into the new administration and secure vestibule – work approximately 60% complete • Building B (Renovated Classroom Building) Two story, 70,600 sf; abatement of ACM containing materials, new flooring, finishes, HVAC, roofing – work on 1st Floor approximately 50% complete; 2nd Floor approximately 15% complete; new roof 95% complete; exterior window replacement approximately 15% complete • Building C (Kitchen/Cafeteria/Commons) Single story, 10,600 sf; abatement of ACM 99% complete; new kitchen/cafeteria roofing 99% complete; MEP overhead in kitchen/cafeteria 75% complete; (cafeteria, dining, kitchen, storage, food prep). Abatement, demolition, roofing, interior framing, and MEP overhead have been completed). • Building D (4th Grade Addition) – single story, 10,000 sf, 9 classrooms with restrooms. The majority of this work has been completed with some exterior work remaining. • Building E (Choir and Fine Arts Spaces) – single story, new construction, 12,500 sf. A portion of the piers and grade beams have been completed. • Building F (Auditorium) – single story, new construction, 16,200 SF. Piers, grade beams, structural slab, ICF walls, and structural steel are 90% complete. • Building G (Storm Shelter/Gym) – single story storm shelter ICC compliant; 8,400 sf. Piers, grade beams, structural slab, and ICF walls are 90% complete. • Site work – some storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic lines, and fire lines have been completed. The remaining work includes new parking areas on the south side of the property, sidewalks, courtyard improvements, demolition of portables, landscaping, and remaining irrigation. • New 6-Classroom Addition, 10,000 sf; single story; storm shelter construction; with associated support spaces (student restrooms, storage, custodial, storm shelter control room); location in the courtyard.
