Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Contractors shall deliver trees to a designated tree holding area determined by Owners in Mid-September. 2.2 The bid lines list the tree species, sizes, and quantities requested. 2.3 Owner’s can be flexible on tree sizes but can go no smaller than #7 containers. 2.4 This is just procurement and delivery of trees, no planting, or warranties. 2.5 Substitutions for quantities and tree species will be accepted only if reviewed and approved by Owners prior to bid closing. 2.5.1 These substitutions must be submitted in writing by email to purchasing prior to noon on Monday, July 10, 2023. 2.6 Bidders who have not provided similar services for the Owner in the last five (5) years shall attach a list of references for similar projects, with their bid documents. 2.7 Bidders submitting references shall include a minimum of three (3) for similar projects completed in the last five (5) years. 2.8 References shall include name, contact person, email address, telephone number and type of work performed. 2.9 References may be attached to the Response Attachment section of the e-bid response.
