The 1st base side of the field will be extended from the outfield end of the dugout to the end of the bleachers terminating at an existing pole. The design must be approved by the Cedar Rapids Kernels prior to installation. 2.3 Expansion and installation of the backstop net shall be completed by December 1, 2023
