Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair Work Repair the Air Conditioning System at the Guensberg Building that has failed and now running using a mobile temporary chiller trailer. Break down Recover all refrigerants. Remove and replace six (6) condenser coils with aluminum fin/copper tubes. No microchannel allowed. Apply anti-corrosion coating before installation. Prep frames and housing with wire brush and apply rust inhibitor. Replace liquid line dries, txv, and associated copper piping. Replace flow switch and flow switch cable. Remove and replace with two (2) new compressors from circuit #1. Remove and replace compressor oil for the three (3) compressors on circuit #2. Leak check both circuits. Pull vacuum and weigh-in factory charge with new refrigerant. Replace one (1) condenser fan motor.
