Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes electrical and instrumentation improvements to the membrane filtration system at the Wolcott Water Treatment Plant. In particular, the work includes replacement of the existing solenoid banks, replacement of the existing microfiltration system master PLC processor modules and redundancy modules, replacement of the existing microfiltration train control panel controllers with ethernet adapter modules, replacement of the existing control network with a device level ring network topology, new conduit as necessary to establish the new control network, replacement of the existing membrane filtration junction boxes and re-routing of the existing conductors, removal of the existing microfiltration control panel OITs and patching/repainting the panels, removal of the existing microfiltration control panel UPS units, programming updates for the microfiltration system PLC, supporting the Owner’s SCADA Integrator with integration of the membrane filtration system into the Owner’s SCADA system, testing, startup services, and all other work as indicted on the drawings and specifications. The Owner, through a Purchase Requisition with Pall Water (Membrane Filtration System Supplier) shall furnish the Contractor with the control system hardware and perform the services as identified in the Contract Documents.
