Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fort Bend County, Texas (hereafter referred to as the “County”) seeks Proposals (“Proposals or RFP”) for selection of a Contractor (“Respondent”) to complete the construction renovations of the Fulshear Annex (“Project”), located at 8100 FM 359, Fulshear, Texas 77441. Vendor is to renovate an existing 10,400 square foot library building constructed in 1998 for reuse as a new Justice of the Peace Annex location in Fulshear, Texas. Scope is to include light demolition of interior finishes. New construction will consist of interior finishes to include, but not limited to painted drywall, carpet and vinyl tile flooring, new ceiling grid, tile and light fixtures, as well as modifications to the HVAC and electrical systems. A new fire sprinkler system will be added to the facility. There is no site work involved with this scope.
