Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed work includes all labor, materials, tools, supplies, utility and transportation services, equipment and all incidentals necessary for the #23-127 Duck Creek Trail Mill and Overlay. Surplus excavated material such as soil, rock, broken concrete, asphalt, roadside debris and similar materials shall become the property of the contractor to be disposed of in a legal manner outside of the limits of the project, at the Contractor’s expense. Work shall be confined to the street right-of-way, easements, and City-owned land, as may be indicated on plans. The Contractor shall not unnecessarily encroach onto private property without express permission from the adjacent property owners. The work shall be conducted in such a manner as to minimize any and all damage. The Contractor shall be responsible for ascertaining the location of all utilities and services from the utility companies before starting construction and coordinating all construction activities with the utility companies as may be necessary. Potholing, by the contractor, where needed to determine location and elevations will not be paid for separately and shall be considered incidental to the contract.
