Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation (“PBOT”) seeks proposals to operate shared electric scooter services (“e-scooters”) throughout the city of Portland, Oregon (“Portland”). The scope of services anticipates deployment of a shared e-scooter system in the city of Portland, Oregon by fall 2023 or earlier. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks an innovative,implementable, and sustainable Scopes of Work (SOW) for an e-scooter system that builds on lessons learned from twosuccessful pilot programs in Portland. Scopes of Work should leverage public/private opportunities in a dynamic marketplaceand advance city goals around safety, equity, and climate change (collectively, the “Work”). PBOT expects to issue RevenueSharing Agreements to two (2) successful respondents to operate e-scooter services in Portland. The City retains the right toaward more or less than this number at its sole discretion.
