Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Pahrump, Building & Grounds Department is seeking to secure competitive bids from qualified contractors who can repair cracked and shifted concrete located inside the Justin Leavitt Memorial Skate Park. Work will include hand grinding out existing patch work and filling cracks with epoxy, grinding all concrete surfaces smoothly, removing and replacing 1,000 sq. ft. of cracked and shifted concrete. The Contractor will provide men and equipment for sweeping and cleanup operations (daily) upon completion and before leaving the project site. All affected roads within this project must remain open at all times during construction activities. An area of 20 feet by 50 feet of concrete has shifted, so it will need to be cut out and replaced with new concrete. Remove 24 inches of native soil and replace it with compacted type II. The new concrete will be reinforced with rebar throughout and tired into existing concrete. The finished concrete surface will be lightly broomed and flushed with existing concrete. • Remove and replace 1,000 square feet of cracked and shifted concrete, approximately 20x50 ft. • Remove and fill 24 inches of native soil and replace with Type II, compacted to 95% • New concrete 4500 psi 4 inches thick # 3 rebar 18 inches O.C doweled into existing slab. • Very light broom finish.
