Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remodel of the existing portion of Lane Community College Building to become Community Health Center of Lane County with a Dental Clinic component. The remodel includes the following: 1. Site improvements including parking and sidewalk upgrades 2. New accessible back entry and paved sidewalk 3. Total HVAC rooftop equipment demolition and replacement 4. Interior MEP modifications 5. Installation of multiple single occupant ADA compliant restrooms 6. New medical and dental clinics and support spaces B. Project Phasing Consists of the following: 1. Phase 1: All work related to medical clinic, roof replacement, roof top unit replacement, and site modifications 2. Simultaneous Phase 2: All work related to dental clinic build out; Construction, demolition, renovation, and facility operations during occupancy.
