Specifications include, but are not limited to: We would like to hire a consultant (i.e. the winning bidder) to assess Oracle FITC, as implemented at KU today, and then provide detailed information and recommendations around how to best address our specific needs -- whether that means configuration/re-configuration, adoption of certain best practices, and/or turning on additional functionality not used today. The areas we’re interested in having the winning bidder assess are delineated in the attached Scope of Work. While the initial scope is limited to conducting the assessment and providing the information/guidance requested in the form of a written report, KU may decide to hire your company to actually implement some (or all) of your recommendations in a subsequent phase of the project. KU’s decision to proceed past the initial assessment and recommendations phase depends on what we learn from the report in terms of LOE, timeline, cost, etc.
