Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide telepsych services to University of Idaho students. The CMHC is a comprehensive mental health clinic and whenever it has generally been able to provide mental health services to the majority of students seeking out these services. The addition of telepsych services through a contract would expand on the range of mental health services by providing clinician with an additional referral option and increase access by providing students with the option of evening and/or weekend appointments. The CMHC utilizes a brief therapy model, although it does not impose a session limit. It would be important that contracted services align with our treatment model.; In addition, we are requesting that proposals include the following information regarding the mental health services provided by the organization: a) licensure status of mental health practitioners who would be providing clinical services to students residing in the state of Idaho; b) practitioner experience working with the young adult and college student population; c) practitioner experience working with clients from under-represented groups and practitioner experiencing providing clinical services within a brief therapy model. Additionally, any information that can be provided regarding practitioners’ ability to provide clinical services in a language other than English and, more specifically, Spanish would be helpful.
