Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Clinton is accepting bids for the Eagle Point Park Stone Pillars Project. The project will take place at 3900 N 3rd Street. There are 2 sections of pillars. One being 13 pillars to replace at approximately 122 feet of stone wall, as well as the construction of 21 pillars to replace approximately 200 feet of stone wall. Pillars (chimney block) are to be filled with concrete. Pillar blocks are to be 2 ft. X 2 ft. with the veneer installed by 40 inches high with cap. Pillars are to be 8 feet apart inside to inside or 9 ft 4.75 inches center to center. Face chimney block with stone veneer and cap, stone veneer and cap is to match stone wall in front of the Eagle Point Lodge. Picture 3 and 4, attached. Contractor to provide all material needed to complete project. Contractor to provide traffic management. Contractor to clean material from road after each day of work, to be completed in a professional and timely manner.
