Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tree Triming/Pruning (items identified on Attachment C) 3.1.1.1 Vendor must prune and elevate one Pin Oak located on the west side of Building 3. 3.1.1.2 Vendor must remove one “fork” from Pin Oak located on the west side of Building 3. 3.1.1.3 Vendor must “clear” view from Building 3 camera and west gate house. 3.1.1.4 Vendor must elevate Pin Oak from Building 3 and west gate house. 3.1.1.5 Vendor must prune one (1) Crabapple tree south of Building 3. 3.1.1.6 Vendor must “top” three (3) Crabapple trees to clear camera view between Building 3 and the Culture Center. 3.1.1.7 Vendor must elevate one (1) Pin Oak east of Building 3, towards Building 5. 3.1.1.8 Vendor must elevate Crabapple, Locust, Linden, and Pin Oaks to clear view of security camera on California Avenue towards Buildings 5, 6, and 7 courtyard. 3.1.1.9 Vendor must elevate one (1) Pin Oak between the pole camera and Building 7. 3.1.1.10 Vendor must prune three (3) Crabapple trees between the Booker T. Washington monument and the Veteran’s Memorial. 3.1.1.11 Vendor must elevate three (3) Magnolias, two (2) Hollies, and one (1) Maple between the west wing of the Capitol and the Culture Center. 3.1.1.12 Vendor must elevate four (4) Pin Oaks and reduce two (2) Cherry trees north of Building 3 to the guard house. 3.1.1.13 Vendor must elevate designated Ash and Pear Trees from the Capitol Building to the stage area. 3.1.1.14 Vendor must remove all limbs and debris from the Capitol grounds to be disposed of in a legal landfill.
