Specifications include, but are not limited to: Site: • Site grading and paving of Pioneer Road and upper site. • Installation of electrical, low-voltage, domestic water, and storm systems. • Soldier Pile Wall (SPW) has been partially constructed. Work to be completed includes rebar mat, drainage system and shotcrete facing. • Install fire pond, includes berm and liner. • Install 170’ radio tower provided by Owner. • Install stormwater detention ponds. • Approximate Quantities of Work: o 74,500 CY of Embankment o 94,500 CY of Excavation o 34,700 CY of existing stockpiled material to be removed from the site. o 2,500 LF of 4" domestic drinking waterline installation o 2,800 LF of 8" fire suppression system waterline o 300 LF of 4" sewer service line o 2,200 LF of 12” storm pipe o 3,000 LF of Road and Site improvements that include but not limited to grading, placement of rock, ditch lines and associated work. o Placement of 12,200 SF of Hilfiker Retaining Walls. Wall materials are owner furnished and on site. • Site design is at 100% design development (60% design) Generator Building: • Approximately 1,640 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), single story. • Underground utilities and foundation have been constructed. • PEMB (Pacific Building Systems) has been procured and is onsite, erection is required. • Diesel generator has been set on the slab. Connections will be required. • See provided floor plan and exterior elevations for reference. • Building is permitted, construction can start after pre-construction meeting. Pumphouse Building: • Approximately 960 SF steel stud construction, single story. • Underground utilities and foundation have been constructed. • Wet well for the fire system has been installed. Manhole lid was placed incorrectly and needs to be rotated to align fire pump with lift beam. • Most wall framing and some roof framing have been completed. Some framing components were framed incorrectly. The existing wall framing will be removed and re-framed. • Potable water system components have been procured and are onsite. These items will be OFCI. • Building is permitted, construction can start after pre-construction meeting
