Specifications include, but are not limited to: 15lbs food grade Co2 tanks delivery and pickup; 75lbs food grade Co2 tanks delivery and pickup; Agency is seeking a vendor to provide delivery and pickup service (“Services”) of food grade Co2 tanks to the Junction City kitchen for the soda machines. a. Delivery and pickup of 15lbs and 75lbs Co2 food grade tanks for the soda machines, per an as needed schedule. b. Orders will be called in by OSH-Salem supply specialist. a. Bidder shall provide 15lbs and 75lbs food grade Co2 tanks. b. Bidder shall provide large cylinder carbon dioxide. c. Bidder shall ensure tanks are of aluminum or steel construction; arrive ready to use and must be at full capacity. d. Bidder shall be responsible for refilling Contractor and OSH owned tanks, repairs, and testing that conform to applicable sections of the NFPA standards and OSHA, EPA, and FDA guidelines. e. Bidder shall inspect each tank and refill with the required amount of food grade Co2. f. Bidder shall assign an individual contact person/representative to answer questions, assist with billing issues, discuss concerns, and meet with OHA designated staff as needed to ensure Co2 supply is available to meet the demands of each Service Area.
