Specifications include, but are not limited to: Columbia County (County) hereby requests sealed bids for inmate communication and technology services at the Columbia County Jail in Portage, WI. The quality and reliability of these services are a high priority. A. Provide scalable, operational, and reliable Inmate phone services. Provide both on-site and off-site video visitation services. Provide inmate tables including but not limited to law library access, inmate multimedia, inmate medical, general, and grievance requests. Inmate mail scanning. Inmate messaging application(s). Additional services are negotiable. B. Provide entire wireless and secure connectivity and networking in all inmate locations. Network will be entirely separate from the County’s network. If hardware space/power will be required in a location where County Networking equipment resides County MIS will be consulted as to availability. C. Provide enough hardware for each inmate to have a working tablet available to them. Include hardware to immediately replace broken or non-functional tablets immediately. D. Provide inmate visitation units in each housing unit. E. Provide inmate phones in each housing unit. F. Provide public visitation units. G. Provide a private attorney visitation unit. H. Provide for adequate and timely technical support on hardware, software, and wired and wireless networks. I. Provide an easy-to-use investigative platform for all services. Provide web Interface for monitoring, approval, and management of services.
