Specifications include, but are not limited to: CSN requires construction services to replace the two non-working chillers with one owner supplied new larger capacity chiller. The Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to undertake and complete the Work in a good, substantial and workmanlike manner. The Contractor is responsible at all times for the Work and for the Project site regardless of whether or not the Owner has required any insurance coverages (such as Builder Risk Insurance). The Contractor shall conduct its operations under the Contract in a manner as to avoid the risk of damage, injury, loss or theft by any means (including acts of nature, vandalism or sabotage) to the Work or to the property of the Contractor, Owner or any other person. The Contractor shall promptly take such reasonable precautions, which are necessary and adequate against any and all conditions involving such risk of damage, injury, loss or theft. The Contractor shall continuously inspect the Work (including the materials and equipment used in connection therewith) to discover and determine if any such conditions exists and shall be solely responsible for correcting such conditions.
