In conjunction with the construction team, RDG Planning & Design, and Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, MCL is inviting your firm to provide a proposal for Design Assist GMP Contract based on the information outlined below. MCL will be selecting partners based on their proposal, project experience, presented team, approach to project, and proposed preconstruction/GMP construction fees. It is MCL’s intent to select the most qualified partner who will best fit the project team. Cost will be a major factor in determining the successful company; however, award will not necessarily go to the lowest respondent contractor. Please provide detailed assumptions that you make while preparing your proposal. Your company will be contractually tied to your GMP amount barring any major scope changes.
