Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following lists the Wood Lot operational requirements: • South Anchorage Wood Lot will be operated at the 100th Avenue and C Street Snow Dump Site. Once the operational days, hours and fees are established, this information will be posted on the MOA's website and included in any other wood lot public information campaigns. • Girdwood Wood Lot will be operated at the Girdwood Industrial Park on Ruane Road • Land Use Permit: Vendor will be required to sign and comply with the terms of the Land Use Permit, which is included as Attachment A, or a substantially similar version of this document. Please review this document carefully for additional terms and conditions including the required insurance certificate and performance bond. • Upon award, Vendor will meet with MOA Public Works Department personnel who will identify the Wood Lot work zone, address accidental fuel discharge response protocols and other environmental terms and conditions applicable to the operational site under the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). An extension of the dates of service schedule may be granted in case of a weather-related incident such as a windstorm.
