Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder shall agree to attend a pre-construction conference along with persons responsible for the various operations involved with the Project. The Owner will make the necessary arrangements to cause the Work area to be available to the Contractor. Access and egress to the Work area shall be routes prescribed by the Owner. The Owner (FHSU Facilities) will retain some of the items noted for demolition by this Contractor. The Owner will identify any item in a manner agreed upon between this Contractor and the Owner. This Contractor shall remove and deliver to the Owner at a location to be determined on the main campus all those items to be retained by the Owner. Coordinate construction operations included in different Sections of the Specifications to ensure efficient and orderly installation of each part of the Work. Coordinate construction operations, included in different Sections that depend on each other for proper installation, connection, and operation.
