Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Trailer Transportation • Coordinate scheduling/transportation of the trailer with the requestor (DNR is responsible for scheduling trailer reservation dates); • Trailer shall be delivered to event locations by the specified time; • Assist with or instruct the on-site event coordinator on set-up at events (unlocking doors and belly boxes, set up of stairs and handrails, connecting the trailer to an electric outlet, as needed); • Assist with trailer take down including locking doors and belly boxes, storage of stairs and handrails, remove and store electrical plug / ensure generator has been shut down; • Perform a post event external trailer inspection after each event prior to departure; and • Provide an area to store the trailer when not in use. The Department shall have unrestricted access to the trailer during normal business hours. Task 2: Provide general inspection, including but not limited to (expenses will be paid by the Department): • Inspect the trailer exterior for any defects and arrange for repair per Department approval; • Fill generator fuel tank as needed; • Clean exterior of the trailer as needed; • Replace any burnt out exterior lights; and • Assist with performing DOT inspections as required
