Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) is working to establish a partnership to carry out wildlife and GIS activities across the state of Nevada. NDOW is also working to continue support for better data coordination targeted in the Bi-State Distinct Population sage-grouse range of Nevada and increase post-wildfire habitat restoration throughout Nevada. This would work closely with United States Department of Interior – Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM). The ideal partnership would be through cooperation between NDOW and a partner who has specific expertise assisting landowners with farm bill technical assistance on private lands, BLM range and habitat management, and NDOW wildlife biologist partnerships throughout the Great Basin. This proposal is for a cooperative agreement to accomplish tasks specific to implementation of these activities, BLM Seed Warehouse, wildfire restoration, GIS services, and Bi-State data coordination. Carry out habitat restoration, protection, and enhancement activities in the targeted areas of Nevada through cooperation partnerships; • Coordinate with partners including federal, state, local, NGO, and private landowners; • Attend stakeholder meetings, workshops, and/or trainings as appropriate; • Provide operational assistance in the BLM Ely Regional Seed Warehouse operations to mix, bag, stage, store and transport seed for work on habitat restoration projects including post-wildfire restoration; • Other tasks necessary for implementing projects;
