Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Current Locker configuration: a. 9 Mail and Package Lockers: i. Tonopah North (TON) 1. Location: Lobby 2. 43 Package and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. ii. Tonopah Center/South (TON C/S) 1. Location: Lobby 2. Should include at least 61 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. iii. Hughes Building (HUH) 1. Location: Lobby 2. 13 Package and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. iv. Residence Building B (RHB) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. 13 Package and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. v. Residence Building C (RHC) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. 13 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. vi. Faiman Building (MFH) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. 13 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. vii. Rodman/Boyd (KRH/WBH) 1. Location: Lobby 2. 61Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. viii. Dayton North (DAY) 1. Lobby 2. Should include at least 43 Package and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. ix. Dayton South (DAY) 1. Study Lounge 2. Should include at least 43 Package and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. 2. Desired Unit configuration: a. Contractor shall furnish, install, manage, and maintain 10 Mail and Package Locker units: i. Tonopah Center/South (TON) 1. Location: Lobby (2 Units- unit here indicates the need for at 2 separate user displays in the Lobby, since it is a high traffic area) 2. Should include at least 43 Package and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. ii. Hughes Building (HUH) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. Should include at least 40 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. i.Residence Building B (RHB) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. Should include at least 15 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. ii.Residence Building C (RHC) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. Should include at least 15 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. iii.Faiman Building (MFH) 1. Location: Kitchen 2. Should include at least 15 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. iv.Rodman/Boyd (KRH/WBH) 1. Location: Lobby 2. Should include at least 43 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. v.Boyd/Williams (WBH/CWH) 1. Location: Lobby 2. Should include at least 43 Package and 32 Flat Mail Lockers. vi.Dayton North (DAY) 1. Lobby (2 units) 2. Should include at least 43 Packages and 64 Flat Mail Lockers. b. Each Locker should have a user friendly display that allows the user to interact with the Locker. i.LCD/LED Display is preferred. b. Lockers must be able to connect to the UNLV wireless infrastructure. i.UNLV access to Network Configuration. d. Lockers must not have cameras included. e. Each Locker unit must be affixed to the building when installed per the directions of UNLV Risk Management and Student Life Maintenance, and must meet the product installation guidelines and conform with any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to, laws and regulations related to earthquakes/natural disasters and accessibility.
