Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ada County, a duly formed and existing county pursuant to the laws and Constitution of the State of Idaho (hereinafter “Ada County”), will hold a public auction for the attached lease entitled “Landfill Tower Lease” (the “Lease”). The auction is for the Lease and the terms contained therein. At the auction, bidders will be bidding on the Monthly Rent payment under the Lease. Although not part of the bidding, the successful bidder will also be required to negotiate a percentage in payment to the County for each antenna that is placed on the tower. Bidders should thoroughly familiarize themselves with the terms of the Lease. The Ada County Landfill is a strategic location for potential cell towers. In addition, there are areas of the Landfill that are buffer areas and can never be developed for waste disposal but can be utilized for other uses. Ada County would like to auction off a lease in the buffer area depicted in Exhibit A. Ada County will not lease the entire buffer area but only space sufficient for the tower and appurtenant structures. Bidder must identify which section of the buffer area Bidder would like to lease during the public auction.
