Specifications include, but are not limited to: Columbia County Health and Human Services (HHS) continues to see a growing demand for the need for mental health and substance abuse resources for its residents. In the 2023-2027 Columbia County Health Needs Assessment, the top 2 priorities identified are mental health and substance misuse. In looking to meet the demand, Columbia County Health and Human Services, Wisconsin, is requesting proposals for the purpose of reviewing the structure of the current Mental Health and Substance Abuse services within Columbia County Health and Human Services. In reviewing the structure, the proposal would include the feasibility of building a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Clinic in an existing Health and Human Services space.
