Specifications include, but are not limited to: . The Scope of Work includes the following work to support a renovation project in the U of O Portland Campus Center building. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and disposal necessary to access, remove, and dispose of all items included in the scope of work. Specific tasks included in the Scope of Work are described below: Residual Floor Tile Mastic Remove and dispose of all residual asbestos-containing floor tile mastic from the areas indicated on Figures 1 & 2. Residual floor tile mastic is present beneath non asbestos sheet vinyl flooring, carpets & mastic, floor tile, and leveling compound. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all overlying flooring layers to access concealed floor tile mastic. Overlying flooring layers shall be removed, handled, and disposed of as asbestos-containing materials. Demolish wall finishes as marked on the drawings and abate all concealed floor tile & mastic. Quantities are indicated below: Concealed beneath carpets & leveling compound 3,700 square feet Concealed beneath carpet and non-asbestos floor tile 120 square feet Concealed beneath non-asbestos sheet vinyl flooring 120 square feet Concealed beneath ceramic tile flooring 800 square feet
