Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract Item 1: X4 Outdoor Multi-Functional Multi-Gym Base Frame (Or Equal) 3.1.1.1 Must be prison proof. 3.1.1.1.2 Must not have any pulleys or cables. 3.1.1.1.3 Must not have any seats or backs. 3.1.1.1.4 Must not have any adjustable parts. 3.1.1.1.5 Must not have any removable parts. 3.1.1.1.6 Must have no openings or holes in the frame. 3.1.1.1.7 Must be welded shut. 3.1.1.1.8 All bolts must be tamper proof. 3.1.1.2 Must be able to accommodate a minimum of two (2) users simultaneously. 3.1.1.3 Must come fully assembled. 3.1.1.4 Must be made of a maximum of 11-gauge steel. 3.1.1.5 Must be zinc powder coated and painted with UV stabilized color pigment. 3.1.1.6 Must have a maximum footprint of five by eight feet (5’ X 8’) with a maximum recommended use area of twelve by fifteen feet (12’ X 15’). 3.1.1.7 Must come ready to be anchored with anchors included. 3.1.1.8 Prices must include all fees including shipping, handling, and delivery.
