Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolish the existing Dockmaster and restroom buildings, and construct a new two-story building totaling approximately 1,880 sf per floor (3,760 sf total). This shall also include erosion and sediment control, and the proper disposal of all debris in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The building will include restrooms; office space; electrical and mechanical rooms; and storage. Lighting and camera operations run through the existing Dockmaster’s building. These services must remain operational during the demolition and new construction.
