Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Maine is seeking proposals for daily student transportation services for the Unorganized Territory, including of Barnard, Atkinson, Long Pond and Albany/Mason TWP’s for the school years 2023-2024 through 2027-2028. Location of Services: Transportation services are needed at each of the four townships. Bidders must note on their proposal which township the proposal is for. If a Bidder wants to submit a proposal for more than one township, the Bidder must submit a separate proposal for each. Barnard Township Long Pond Township Atkinson Township Albany/Mason Township Routes: The transportation services would be to and from the student’s home or pre-determined bus pickup to school and back at each day’s end. A pre-determined location is based on the road conditions and bus size and is made in agreement between the Awarded Bidder and the EUT.
