Specifications include, but are not limited to: Architectural modifications: 1. Modifications to interior metal stud and gypsum board partitions and ceilings; patching and repair of existing finishes including resinous flooring and integral base, acoustical panel ceilings, and painting. 2. Installation of new formed metal enclosures at existing exhaust hoods. 3. New acoustical panel ceilings. 4. New access panels. 5. New stainless steel doors and frames. E. Plumbing modifications: 1. Modifications to plumbing systems at Process Rooms. F. Mechanical modifications: 1. Modifications to mechanical systems at Process Rooms including redirection of ductwork from AHU-1 to AHU-6. One Process Room must be operational at all times during construction.
