Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to KRS 45A.370, Louisville Metro Government is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Owner’s Representatives to serve as the Louisville Metro Government (LMG) representative to manage the architectural, engineering, and construction teams working on various Capital Improvement Building Projects. Projects may include, but not be limited to the following: • • S. • • • LMPD HQ: Project entails renovating the over 190,000 sq/ft building located at 601 W. Chestnut to become a world class Police Headquarters. Renovations include HVAC upgrades, elevator upgrades, complete renovation of building interior and finishes, exterior improvements. Community Care Campus: 822 Floyd St., 225 E. Breckinridge St., 211 E. Breckinridge Street, 831 Brook Street, 823 S. Brook Street, and 817 S. Brook Street. A plan to include temporary housing and medical respite care for people experiencing homelessness, as well as a community resource space, commercial kitchen and laundry building. EV Charging Infrastructure for Louisville Metro fleet: Project entails the installation of level II charging stations to serve Metro’s light-duty fleet and provide public access to charging locations in selected areas. Targeted Energy Projects: Project will support Louisville Metro Government’s clean energy goals by reinvesting a portion of energy savings to fund future energy management projects throughout Louisville Metro Government. Community Corrections Center Demolition: Project entails the demolition of the Community Corrections Center located at 323 East Chestnut Street.
