Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Dakota intends to establish a cooperative purchasing contract with Little Falls Machine, Inc. through a Sourcewell established contract for the purchase of snowplows. Little Falls Machine, Inc.’s snowplows meets or exceeds the North Dakota Department of Transportation’s (NDDOT’s) specific requirements for quality and service as referenced in the attached specification documents Exhibit A “SSP-95-4200-10” Exhibit B “SSP-95-4200-25”, and Exhibit C “SSP-95-4200-18.” Little Falls Machine Inc.’s snowplows meet the NDDOT’s requirements including: having a box tube push frame construction, the rubber flap that hangs off the front of the plow hangs straight down significantly reducing the amount of snow fog blowing back in the driver’s windshield, the roll radius of the 55” high moldboard is such that the snow follows the inside of the moldboard minimizing snow fog to create better visibility around the plows and the construction of the moldboards is completed using a heavy channel iron rib, the paint meets expected life requirements, warranty requirements, pins are easily maintained and require less servicing, service is provided within a timely fashion and delivery on parts occurs within days after ordering.
