Evaluate existing Master Plan anddata sources and identify chapters of the Master Plan which need to be updated. Estimated Cost: $3,000Task 2: Community Engagement. To be performed by selected consultant with assistance of Town ofWindham staff. Set up and maintain Project Information on a project website and establish links to social media and document public comments and blogs received. Coordinate and facilitate a Community Input Session at the beginning of the project – to be held toward June 2023; develop, distribute, and analyze a community survey; and periodically prepare press releases and articles for the newspapers. Estimated Cost: $8,500Task 3: Meetings with Planning Board. To be performed by selected consultant with assistance of Planning Board/Town staff. Approximately four Planning Board meetings will be held. Estimated Cost:$2,000Task 4: Update Master Plan Chapters. To be performed by selected consultant.
