Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washington County is seeking bids for furnishing all tools, materials and labor, and performing the necessary work for construction of Prairie View Road Improvements. The successful bidder will complete the excavation, embankments, storm drainage ditches and culverts, ROW (right of way) clearing, fencing, incidental relocation of mailboxes, seeding, and related appurtenances to widen driving surface to 26ft. The bidders shall make such inspection and studies of the site of the work as to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered. The County will provide each Bidder access to the site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests and studies as each Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests and studies ; All materials and construction shall comply with the latest edition of the Standard Specifications for Highway Construction published by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT), which is incorporated by reference.
