Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Idaho Department of Labor has been working with their current OnBase ECM solution and vendor for the last 8 years. The Department has leveraged OnBase by integrating it into many key business processes. The current vendor has provided excellent technical support and consulting services during this time. IDOL and the vendor are currently working on an enhancement requested by the UI Division in automating their WCR (Weekly Certification Report) processing. This enhancement is currently in the development and unit testing stage. This WCR enhancement is currently being funded through a Grant so changing to another solution and vendor at this time could have negative impact and unknown ramifications. Any gap or change in ECM services and support at this time could significantly affect the ability of IDOL to accomplish its document repository intake, retention, and the Departments ability to query mission critical data.
