Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to ORS 261.305(11) and District Policy #305, the District is requesting proposals (“Proposals”) from experienced and qualified service providers (“Contractor”) to perform substation equipment electrical testing at the Rainier Substation during a scheduled maintenance outage September 19 through September 20, 2023. This is a strict timeline. The equipment to be tested consists of: o (1) three-phase, 115kV / 12.47 kV, 30 MVA, power transformer with LTC o (1) 115 kV disconnect switch o (3) 115 kV arresters o (3) 12.47 kV arresters o (7) 12.47 kV disconnect switch o (2) 12.47 kV reclosers, Cooper type VWE; Any items in the substation yard requiring disconnection to complete testing will be disconnected by District personnel. Contractor shall provide one-hour advance notice of any disconnection requirements to the District’s project lead.
