Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Iowa solicits proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide student access to retail dorm products and student care packages for the purchase and distribution to University of Iowa students living in the on campus dorms. The University will inform the Awarded Supplier of the number of residents who have signed housing contracts for the coming year. The University will provide email addresses and home addresses with the names of enrolled students who have signed a University Housing contract and are scheduled to move in to the University residence halls when allowed. The Awarded Supplier will use the addresses for advertising/marketing purposes. The content of any and all advertising, marketing and/communication sent to University students must be approved in advance by University. With regard to the information provided by the University, University policy provides that address information shared with private companies is to be used only for the one-time purpose of marketing.
