Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Performance Benchmarking Consultant shall compare services provided by ANMC against the healthcare industry’s 50th percentile performance for throughput and space. Plan patient encounters in accordance with industry standards on patients per hour per provider performance. B. Business Planning Consultant shall have a business planner who will work with ANTHC leadership to shortlist business cases and service and delivery plans to be investigated. Among other things, the business planner shall work with ANTHC leadership to determine projected user encounters. Consultant shall build a baseline financial modeling tool. The Consultant shall work with ANTHC financial staff on financial resources, cost and revenue capabilities in order to determine potential modeling sensitivities. Build model with past three years of expenditure and revenue collection data.
