Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department requests an exemption from competition for annual support, maintenance, periodic upgrades and licensing of the Community OS version 2 (COS 2) database in use by the Idaho 211 CareLine. The current contract was obtained through a competitive bidding process in April of 2019 as RFQ19000616 and the contract was awarded to Visionlink. The Idaho CareLine 211 is a free statewide community information and referral service program administered by the Department. Our comprehensive database includes programs that offer free or low-cost health, human, and social services including but not limited to rental assistance, energy assistance, medical assistance, food & clothing, childcare resources, and emergency shelter. The current system is accessed by a web-based interface That interface currently is Community OS version 2 (COS2), which is hosted by VisionLink.
