Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor will provide inspection, testing and maintenance services for fire sprinkler systems at various building locations listed on Attachment A, in accordance with NFPA 25, the "Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems" and IFC 2015. 2) The selected vendor may be requested to extend an existing system or install a new system. 3) The selected vendor will coordinate with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to develop an inspection, testing and maintenance schedule for all fire suppression systems or as maintenance and repair needs are identified by building occupants. The contractor will be responsible for contacting EHS for permission to deviate from the submitted schedule.
