Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Iowa Department of Administrative Services on behalf of the Iowa Workforce Development Iowa Division of Labor is seeking a qualified bidder to provide calibration of equipment, tube breakers, noise measuring equipment and sampling equipment for testing purposes. The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to solicit bids from qualified providers to provide the calibration of equipment, tube breakers, noise measuring equipment and sampling equipment for testing purposes to the described further in this RFB to the Iowa Workforce Development Iowa Division of Labor and any Participating Agencies. Iowa Workforce Development Iowa Division of Labor intends to award a contract(s) beginning and ending on the dates listed in the solicitation, and Iowa Workforce Development Iowa Division of Labor may extend the contract(s) for up to the number of annual extensions identified in the solicitation at the sole discretion of Iowa Workforce Development Iowa Division of Labor. Bidder shall provide calibration, testing and sampling equipment, supplies, and service as needed by the Agency. 4.2 Bidder shall provide items that meet all local, State and Federal safety requirements and statues for this equipment. 4.3 Bidder must provide Manufacturer Warranty with Bid Response. 4.4 Bidder must have no minimum order quantity requirement or total order amounts required from the Agency by the Bidder. Orders may be as small as one unit. 4.5 Bidder shall have the necessary inventory to be able to provide the the necessary equipment and items to the Agency. 4.6 Bidder shall provide items that meet all local, State and Federal safety requirements and statues for this equipment. 4.7 Bidder must notify the Purchasing Agent of any item discontinued by the manufacturer within thirty (30) business days. 4.8 Bidder must designate a Contract manager, customer service representatives, and local sales representatives capable of adequately serving all Agencies under the resulting contract. Bidder customer service must respond to all inquiries from the Agency within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of inquiry.
