Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to purchase Goods as listed in this ITB for the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC). Goods indicated in this ITB are to be delivered to the ODOC’s Central Distribution Center (CDC), 3601 State Street, Salem OR 97301. 4.11.1.1 Goods processed with oil MUST meet the standard USDA specifications for vegetable oil margarine and processed from one of the following vegetable oils: canola, safflower, sunflower, corn, palm, or soybean 4.11.1.1.1 Goods to have a minimum of 80% fat for any of these oils 4.11.1.2 Goods must be U.S. Grade A or better as defined in the U.S. Standards for Grades of Butter; and must allow for freezing without discoloring 4.11.1.3 Goods to be packed in one (1) pound prints Good(s) MUST be unsalted. Salted Product will not be accepted for this ITB 4.11.1.5 ODOC will not accept any Goods that contain peanut oil 4.11.1.6 Reduced-fat, light/lower fat, or fat-free Goods will not be accepted
