Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Perform the work in accordance with the stated specifications, requirements, services schedule, and relevant industry standards; b. Permit only qualified staff to provide the requested services on OPRD property; c. Provide all equipment, labor, materials and supplies necessary to complete the requested work; d. Keep a record of the work performed, including sufficient detail to substantiate invoices; e. Operate during the time between one-half hour after sunrise to one-half hour prior to sunset each day. No work will be done on weekends or holidays unless approved by OPRD’s Contract Administrator; f. Secure all access codes and keys that have been received by OPRD. If staff has given Contractor access codes or keys for facilities access, then keys must be returned at the end of each work day unless approved by OPRD’s Authorized Representative. If OPRD access codes or keys are lost or misplaced by Contractor, then Contractor must immediately notify OPRD’s Authorized Representative; g. Not charge OPRD fees for on-site meetings to initially discuss a project or to prepare a bid for work; h. Not charge labor time when crew is in transit to job site; i. Be available for service calls during normal working hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. All overtime work must be authorized by OPRD’s Contract Administrator prior to performing any overtime or after-hours work. All maintenance visits shall be scheduled and coordinated by the OPRD Contract Administrator.
