Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the project is to renovate an existing 49,400 square foot dormitory with a concrete structural system, brick veneer exterior, and copper mansard and membrane roofing system. This project includes the renovation of the existing 3 story Residence Hall, the addition of a 12,700 sf 4th floor, and a new steel framed attic with sloped metal roof. Entrance Vestibule and bicycle canopy additions will also be constructed. The interior renovations will include the reconfiguration of spaces and installation of floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout. New mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems will also be provided. Work includes but is not limited to the following bid packages: Construction is scheduled to start in January 2024 with substantial completion in March 2025.
