The CONTRACTOR shall provide warranty as stated herein. The warranty shall cover parts and labor and shall protect the STATE against defects resulting from the use of defective or inferior materials, against defects resulting from negligent workmanship, and against all design and manufacturing defects. The warranty period shall be from the date the electric golf cart is accepted.
