Install (4) 4"x4" preservative treated post on a 2"x8"x8" PTP plinth block. Repair or replace all house wiring and fixtures to meet current electrical code requirements including junction and outlet boxes, smoke detectors, outlet switches, cover plates, and all other components of electrical system. Replace existing electrical service with a residential, 200 amp service, main disconnect, 110/220 volt, 24 circuit panel board, meter socket, weather head, service cable, and ground rod and cable.
